We provide an easy cancellation process for all our valued customers!
Time Period of Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped.
You can cancel your order in a few easy steps:
- 1). Log into your account.
- 2). Go to My orders > Order Details > Click on the cancel button
Once your order is placed, our Customer Support Team also calls you to confirm the delivery address details. You can inform about the cancellation to the Customer Support Team as well.
Please note, that Mehar may also cancel the order if the address to which the product is to be delivered, is not serviceable.
Can I cancel my order during the Mega Clearance Sale?
Yes, you can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Please note that order cannot be canceled, once the dispatch has been initiated.
Procedure and Condition of Returns
Kindly, raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You can either call us on our Customer Support Number: 080-69544000 or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order ID and reason for return.
Note for Return & Exchange:
- 1). It shall be noted that the items shall be returned in the same exact condition as they were upon receipt.
- 2). The articles should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on).
- 3). The items should have the original packaging and all labels or tags should be intact. Products without the original tags will not be accepted.
- 4). Kindly note that, return and exchange requests that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the order would not be accepted.
- 5). Pick-up of a return will be attempted by courier agents within 72 hours of raising the return request. Please note re-scheduling of a return/exchange pick-up is not possible.
- 6). Please note that exchange is possible only once. Exchanging the product the second time is not permitted. Instead, you can raise your return and refund request. Mehar would initiate the refund to your original mode of payment.
- 7). Please note that the products bought during the Big Bargain Sale are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange! Please go through the size chart carefully before placing an order.
How to proceed in case of a defective product?
In case, you receive a defective/damaged item, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order by mailing us at email@example.com along with your Order ID. You would also be required to provide additional evidence such as:
- 1). You need to send a minimum of 2 to 3 pictures as well as a video of the defective product in order to process the refund.
Note: Please make sure that the images are clear.
Mehar will provide full refund. We can issue you a replacement of the product at no additional cost. If you don’t want a replacement, we will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
